unclean bathroom floor clogged bath drain
The room i received was not up to standard. I encountered issues with cleanliness. the bathroom floor had hair, and the bath drain was severely clogged. this caused water to pool around my ankles during showers, unpleasant.

early morning noisy workers
The location near the river museums was acceptable public transport was also close.
I found workers next door very noisy they were moving bins in the courtyard at 5am I paid nearly £300 a night.

prime location excellent service good food
The location is very nice. I could easily walk to many attractions! The staff were friendly, and they gave excellent service. The breakfast provided a great start to each day with good food.
The elevator was very small. Only one person with luggage could fit at a time.

The room was clean and tidied daily. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed a good night's sleep. There was also enough space to store my luggage and hang clothes.

The hotel is near many restaurants and cafes. This makes dining out very easy. Several metro stations are within a short walk. This allows access to all areas of the city! Major sights are also nearby.

I enjoyed having many options for dining and shopping close by. The area felt safe at night with a great vibe. The staff was very helpful and responsive. I also appreciated that breakfast was definitely worth including. It offered a good start to my days.
The room faced the back and side walls. There wasn't much sunlight.

The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond . I appreciated being welcomed in my own language. Serbian, a total surprise. Service felt genuine and very kind.

adequate but flawed stay
unclean bathroom bath drainage
my room was not as clean as i hoped it would be. i noticed some hair on the bathroom floor, i found that quite unappealing. the bath also had drainage problems. water collected around my ankles when showering, it was unpleasant.

limited sunlight overcrowded lobby
the room faced the back and walls blocked much sunlight. the breakfast room felt too close to the reception, it did not offer much privacy. the lobby had minimal space and felt overcrowded. i think the room safe didn't work also.

prompt assistance tea kettle
The staff offered prompt assistance with luggage storage before check-in. The room featured a Nespresso machine and a kettle for tea. This was useful. The location proved central, with easy access to major attractions. Plenty of excellent dining options were nearby.
The lift accommodated only one person, that was tight!
